1. Retains Information: The term "in one ear and out the other" seems to apply to most children. 5. Shows Periods of Intense Concentration: Children are not known for their long attention span, but gifted wee ones are able to have longer periods of intense concentration.
6. Has a Good Memory: Some gifted tots are able to remember things from when they were smaller. For example, a two-year-old may remember and bring up (unprovoked) an occurrence from when he was 18-months. 
7. Has an Advanced Vocabulary: A tot who's early to speak is not a sign of giftedness alone, but if your lil talker is using advanced vocabulary and sentences, then he or she may be as bright as you think. According to the NAGC, "Children at age two make sentences like: 'There's a doggie.' A two-year-old who is gifted might say, 'There's a brown doggie in the backyard and he's sniffing our flower.' "

8. Pays Attention to Details: A gifted child has a keen eye for details. An older child may want to know specific details about how things work, while a younger child will be able to put away toys exactly where he got them from or notice if something has been moved from its usual spot.
9. Acts as His Own Critic: In general kids are not too worried about themselves or others, unless their friend has something they want. Gifted kids are the opposite and are concerned with others, but are most critical of themselves.
10. Understands Complex Concepts: Tots who are highly intelligent have the ability to understand complex concepts, perceive relationships, and think abstractly. They are able to understand problems in depth and think about solutions

at its 3rd year

time flies… 

despite of some bruises and scratches i never noticed that three years had pass to our marriage. i’m glad and i know my wife as well that we be able to survive the first three years as a lot of people says this is the most crucial stage in some relationships.  thanks to my wife Mary Jane H. Molina-Encinares for constantly having her immense patience, sticking up with the relationship in spite of some issues between the two of us (actually…ako lang naman mostly e).

of course who can forget the one who is keeping our family solid for the past three years. not me, not my wife but our son MARLEY… the main catalyst in our relationship. every time there’s a fight or some arguments his charming face simply neutralized it all. so because of that we decided to add another neutralizer maybe right after we move-in to the new house hopefully this year.

why keep tarantula?

why not? once you overcome the cultural taboo involved with keeping spiders and tarantulas as pets, you will quickly realize how incredibly unique these animals are. despite being one of the earth's oldest creatures, tarantulas are highly evolved for their lifestyle. they are perfectly suited for hunting and reproducing in a myriad of environments. there is no end to what you can learn form observing these arachnids.

base on the article i read...tarantulas range in size from only an inch or so to relative giants measuring nearly a foot across. however, the vast majority of species stay small enough to be safely and comfortably housed in a standard 5 gallon terrarium. additionally, tarantulas are one of the most low maintenance pets you will find. once the habitat is initially set up, all that's left is a weekly or twice-a-week feeding, and regular misting of the terrarium to maintain proper humidity. most tarantulas can be maintained in the upper 70's to mid 80's year round, depending on where you live. In most climates this means little or no supplemental heating is required to maintain these animals.

where the hell?

have you heard the old cartoon series "where's wally?"

its about a guy named wally together with his dog woof doing some stupid adventure. but forget about the story its not what i want to lay here.

i constantly watch the series when i was a kid, not because of the story but because of the game they post during breaks.

the rule of the game is to find wally while he hang up with a massive crowd for not more than 1 minuite. see the picture on right side.

recently, during our family outing together with the thousand of guest at AMANA resort bulacan i come up to an idea to mimic the game. but this time its not wally, its ME who you need to find. together with this huge crowd, hope you can see me.

happy birthday low-low

on this day my father celebrates his ?th birthday...ummm. 

funny but to tell the truth, up to now i really don't know how old exactly my father is. as a matter of fact, it is only when i was around 16...17 yrs. old when i realized that april 5 is special day for our family because as i said its my papa's birthday.(actually its not just my papa, as well as the entire member our family...i don't have an idea). this just show how sweet and loving son i am. 

so "LOW-LOW" hope you enjoy this day. take a break at least for today. 24 hours of being relax is not that bad.

blogging

people who have their own blogs mostly adore writing so much. they normally have this natural poetic side making them translate their personal emotions and opinions into writing with almost no efforts at all...

but for me it is not the case. i don’t have the same or even a bit passion with writing the same to those people who do blogging . but despite of that, my obsession to communicate my inside opinions and views makes me decide to do it even if other people who may read this might make some fun with it. 

but as my blog says,   this is my life, my world, my blog, i’ll write anything that will make me FEEL FREE.

take off...

i’m not so sure if i should make an article about this, but since its an experience worth looking back its better that i do.

sound silly but at the age of 25 i just had my first ever airplane experience. like most of the first time passenger...prior with the take off, a lot of crazy things came in to your mind but all of them were left out on the runway as soon as we take off.

one thing that make my flight so amazing are the clouds. i am already amazed by the beauty of them seeing it from the ground but i never imagine that it is far more better looking them from the top. thanks to the great weather, making me see this...

3 weeks

3 weeks had passed for 2011 but still i haven’t received any work assignment from my company. isn’t that great?, well i’m telling you its not always the case. imagine yourself being stagnant for more than 9 hours everyday, thinking and doing stuff just to exhaust your suppose to be working hours, to walk around all day seeing your boss face knowing your compensating from them without doing anything for the company.

being idle most of the time is not a very good hobby. with this, you have more time reminiscing  bad issues with other people, additional time to look at yourself to find unwanted changes happening to you (e.g. weight you gain, out-fashioned hair, clothing  and gadgets etc.) hence you spend modifying things as it pleased you and so on and so for...

actually the thing i worry the most is my career. what would i offer employers on my succeeding job. what if they ask me... “so mr. bla...bla...bla what do you do on your previous job?” would i say...i read books, i listen to my mp3, i play psp, we eat/chat/play and wait till six pm then we go home or just simply say “NONE”. Possibly after hearing these words, interviewer will say “oh! that’s great you are paid for doing nothing!, maybe you can tell me the address and the name of your company for me to apply therein”.  then i’m doomed, maybe they can find someone else to replace me even before i can find a new job.

you see...how being idle makes me nuts. its only 3 weeks but then i’m able to imagine this kind of things.

releasing

the long wait is over. last janaury 12 our HDMF loan for the house that we have waited for the last 10 months  is already released means anytime now we can occupy the place. but what’s the matter?! why am i feeling more sad instead of glad. is this because we need to pay twice of the amortization for the next two months or because we need to prepare our pockets for the anticipated renovation on the interior or maybe there’s more.

to tell you honestly this are not the reasons i’m feeling odd. from the moment i heard it,  i immediately call her to tell the supposed to be “GOOD” news. i’m expecting of a exhilarating reaction from her but unfortunately it was not. what came out was just a simple “we and ughh”.

early that morning we have an argument with regards to some petty topic so im thinking this is her way to retaliate. well i think  its good, so now were even or maybe more, i think you win this time. i just loose a lot.

-they gone mad. less discipline earned. they tend to do things on their own without thinking whether if its good or bad for them or for the entire family.

-they go crazy. they think crazy stuff. they say crazy stuff. they do crazy stuff. they talk shit with each other. they do shit with each other. they kill each other (just kidding). sometimes they think that being employed is as easy as what they are experiencing currently.
