3 weeks

3 weeks had passed for 2011 but still i haven’t received any work assignment from my company. isn’t that great?, well i’m telling you its not always the case. imagine yourself being stagnant for more than 9 hours everyday, thinking and doing stuff just to exhaust your suppose to be working hours, to walk around all day seeing your boss face knowing your compensating from them without doing anything for the company.

being idle most of the time is not a very good hobby. with this, you have more time reminiscing  bad issues with other people, additional time to look at yourself to find unwanted changes happening to you (e.g. weight you gain, out-fashioned hair, clothing  and gadgets etc.) hence you spend modifying things as it pleased you and so on and so for...

actually the thing i worry the most is my career. what would i offer employers on my succeeding job. what if they ask me... “so mr. bla...bla...bla what do you do on your previous job?” would i say...i read books, i listen to my mp3, i play psp, we eat/chat/play and wait till six pm then we go home or just simply say “NONE”. Possibly after hearing these words, interviewer will say “oh! that’s great you are paid for doing nothing!, maybe you can tell me the address and the name of your company for me to apply therein”.  then i’m doomed, maybe they can find someone else to replace me even before i can find a new job.

you see...how being idle makes me nuts. its only 3 weeks but then i’m able to imagine this kind of things.

releasing


the long wait is over. last janaury 12 our HDMF loan for the house that we have waited for the last 10 months  is already released means anytime now we can occupy the place. but what’s the matter?! why am i feeling more sad instead of glad. is this because we need to pay twice of the amortization for the next two months or because we need to prepare our pockets for the anticipated renovation on the interior or maybe there’s more.

to tell you honestly this are not the reasons i’m feeling odd. from the moment i heard it,  i immediately call her to tell the supposed to be “GOOD” news. i’m expecting of a exhilarating reaction from her but unfortunately it was not. what came out was just a simple “we and ughh”.

early that morning we have an argument with regards to some petty topic so im thinking this is her way to retaliate. well i think  its good, so now were even or maybe more, i think you win this time. i just loose a lot.

parenting vs. organization management

what happen if you give too much money to your child?
-they become spoiled. they didn’t know the value of money. they spend and spend and spend for useless things.

what happen if you give too much salary to your employee?
-in some ways they become spoiled. in some cases employees doesn’t value small amount of money. hence, they spend and spend and spend their salaries for not so useful things.

what happen if we don’t set house rules for your children to follow?
-they gone mad. less discipline earned. they tend to do things on their own without thinking whether if its good or bad for them or for the entire family.

what happen if we don’t set office rules for your employees to follow?
-they gone mad. they do things irresponsibly. less discipline earned.  they tend to do things on their own without thinking whether its right or wrong for them or even to the company.

what happen if you don’t assign household choirs to you children?
-they become more dependent. they might think that life is as simple as what they are experiencing . they don’t learn things as they grow up.

what happen if you don’t assign work to your employee?
-they go crazy. they think crazy stuff. they say crazy stuff. they do crazy stuff. they talk shit with each other. they do shit with each other. they kill each other (just kidding). sometimes they think that being employed is as easy as what they are experiencing currently.
lastly...

what if your child become more disobedient?
-they don’t listen. they become more ill. and then they leave the house.

what if your employee become more disobedient?
-they don’t listen. They become more ill. and then they resign.
